The amount of towels available in the room was really nice! Enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was good. The temperature controls in the room were user-friendly.

It was a good location. Carmel is a nice town with lots of places to have dinner, etc. It was right off the hwy but still kind of secluded. Breakfast was good with the normal selections but plenty of them.

Clean with comfy beds and sheets. Good location. We have stayed here over the last 8 years. Not a new facility but they work on keeping it up. Our room had been renovated.

Like most hotels the heat system needs to be better! Had to turn it up to upper 70s to try to get close to slightly warm as long as we kept sweaters on and under blankets for sleeping.

The place was extremely clean comfortable and quiet. The breakfast food was delicious. Was priced very reasonably and I will definitely stay here again while I'm in town.

Willie at front desk was excellent. Red head gal on day shift was great too. I do t recall her name. Breakfast was good.

It's very comfortable hotel . Staff is very profissional specially the receptionist.

Breakfast was adequate, staff was friendly and helpful....never ran out of towels at pool. Wonderful location.
